At Shoeglow, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we’re here to help make the return process simple and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached

  • Items must not show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team before sending anything back.

Our team will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shoeglow is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a short period after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
