Orders placed after 5:00 PM based on the applicable order processing location time may begin processing on the next business day.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shoeglow currently offers free standard shipping on all products.

The estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–11 business days after an order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including applicable tags and packaging.

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for an approved refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
